Association of Fire Investigation Dog Handlers was formed in May 2001.
The purpose behind our Association is to promote the use of Fire
Investigation search dogs in the United Kingdom by Fire & Rescue
Services, Police Services nationwide and the Forensic Science Service in
the detection of ignitable liquid residues at the scene of the suspected
arson fire. Additionally we aim to provide every fire investigator in
the United Kingdom with the very best search tool available to man
whilst at the scene. We also have our part to play in various Community
Fire Safety initiatives around the country to discourage the prospective
fire setter from starting out on a career of arson.

Wiccaweys Rescued Border Collies
and Working Sheepdogs All dogs that come
into Wiccaweys as rescues or for rehoming become part of our family.
Nobody is kennelled. They all sleep in the house, and have the run of
the garden and access to the house during the day. Border Collies do not
fend well kennelled, and the sight of a BC bouncing of the roof and
walls of a kennel can put any prospective new home completely off. Which
is a great shame, because in the right environment, that stir-crazy dog
is probably a fantastic dog. All the dogs here receive some basic
training, and if they like the idea of it - they get to have a go at
some basic agility - all ready for a lovely new active and loving home. |

The "Reddings Honden Werkgroep Westervoort"
(RHWW) - Rescue Dogs Westervoort is founded in 1989 and is a
non-profit volunteer organisation. In 2001 the RHWW has become a
foundation for the benefit of public interest. Westervoort is situated
in the eastern part of Holland near Arnhem, the capital of the
province Gelderland.
The RHWW operates nationally and internationally and is engaged in
search and rescue assistance.

corporate philosophy of valuing the life of human through the early
settlement of SAR dog program in Korea which used to be a barren land for
SAR dogs.
